Helping you understand the complexities of fire protection, General Fire is a family owned business offering personalised service for your business or family.  Owners Peter Donald and Chrissy Fisher have been in business since 2000 and also own Capital Fire Extinguishers Ltd and the Firewatch Wellington Ltd franchise.  

We service the Central and Lower North Island, from the eastern Bay of Plenty, Taupo, Turangi and down to Wellington.

Highly experienced and certified

nvolved in the fire protection industry since 1969, Peter is IQP registered so you’ll understand just how you’ll be protected from fire and know it’ll be fully reliable.   Your fire alarm system will be designed to suit your home or business and Peter will work with you to discover the system that will provide the most effective protection.

Mobile workshop

For your convenience, we provide a mobile workshop that carries nearly all the spares and specialised recharge tools needed to complete any job.

This means that whenever we are on your site for fire alarms, fire extinguishers or other services, we are able to complete any other jobs you may require. 

Also, when an extinguisher is away for test and recharge, we always leave a service loan extinguisher at no charge.
